Katie Haddock's experience includes nearly twenty years in retained executive search and strategic consulting, leading and implementing assignments in many functional areas. Her experience is centered in healthcare but extends into financial services, industrial and consumer products manufacturing, not-for-profit and professional services industries. Haddock has ensured sound execution of more than 100 executive search assignments in her career. She plays an active role in all phases of executive search and consulting strategy development and execution, research, client management, as well other human capital and market research consulting assignments, business development and operations leadership.

Having been with Meyer Consulting since its inception in 2007, Haddock leads the research department for the firm, as well as coordination and implementation of marketing and business development initiatives. She has led and/or executed executive search assignments and consulting projects for health plans, hospitals and systems, medical groups, and equity-funded healthcare companies. As associate and director of research in the Chicago office of Boyden Global Executive Search, Haddock led the research department for both the Chicago and Minneapolis offices, and oversaw execution of all search assignments and research projects for both locations. She also worked alongside Mike Meyer in the corporate/insurance practice of Witt/Kieffer, a top-ten executive search firm devoted to healthcare and not-for-profit institutions, holding roles in research, sales and marketing.
