Ryan Hubbs' career has spans over 15 years in the healthcare sector, working in strategic and international consulting, retained executive search, and global health. He has advised a broad range of healthcare organizations in their strategic and recruiting initiatives – hospitals and health systems, academic medical centers, international healthcare consortiums, managed care organizations, medical schools, genomics and life science organizations, and investment–backed organizations. Hubbs has served on strategic partnership and business development consulting teams, led strategic communications consulting projects, led and executed all phases of senior–level recruitment projects in most functional areas, and acted as interim leadership.

As a Partner with Meyer Consulting, Hubbs leads the firm's executive search practice and plays an integral role across the firm's strategic consulting and executive search offerings. He leads clients and project teams through senior–level recruitments, as well as serves on project execution teams in all phases of search – strategy development, research, recruiting and candidate development, offer creation and negotiation. Hubbs' areas of expertise include business planning, communications, market research, partnership sourcing and development, and interim leadership.

Hubbs previously worked in communication and strategy with GBCHealth, a global consortium of 200+ blue–chip companies dedicated to improving global health and supporting the work and mission of the Global Fund, a leading health organization based in Geneva, through corporate social responsibility and occupational/local health efforts. Previously, Hubbs spent five years in progressive roles in research, recruiting and project coordination for Witt/Kieffer, a top–ten retained executive search firm that serves healthcare and not–for–profit institutions.
